  Clarkson Library has computers available for free public use as well as free Wi-Fi. Please see the service desk to receive a log in account for these. Please note the following acceptable use conditions apply to all computer usage within the library and usage of either computers or wi-fi implies your consent to abide by these conditions. Respect and abide by all copyright and intellectual property rights laws and guidelines. No illegal, immoral or offensive material is to be accessed or downloaded. Absolutely no food or drink is to be taken into the computing area. Please do not attempt to fix or correct any issues yourself. Approach a staff member if you require assistance or equipment is malfunctioning. The library at no time guarantees the accuracy, truthfulness or veracity of any information accessed via our computers.   Multi media and technology can offer some unique Work Health and Safety challenges. Library users and staff should keep the following in mind when setting up, utilising, moving or adjusting multimedia equipment!   ·          Staff should regularly check power points, cables, equipment and plugs for visible wear and tear. Ensure all electrical devices have current safety tags and power leads are completely unwound during use and fire extinguishers are charged and easily accessible.   ·          Library patrons and staff must never have liquids close to electrical devices and patrons should have basic knowledge of how to use devices according to manuals or request a staff member to assist.   ·          Mechanical aids or teamwork must be used at all times for moving or adjusting equipment.
